6.1 This clause, other than paragraph (b), does not apply to advertisements for unbranded therapeutic goods.

6.1.1 This clause other than paragraph (b) does not apply to:

  • Advertisements for unbranded therapeutic goods
  • Labels

    6.1.2 This clause does not apply to retail advertisements displaying only the name/picture of the goods and/or price and/or the point of sale, provided the advertisement does not contain a claim for therapeutic use.
